What if I already shared my personal or payment information?Updated a month ago

If you provided personal information, payment details, login credentials, or verification codes to a suspicious source, take action immediately.

If you shared payment information:

  • Contact your bank or credit card issuer right away
  • Let them know you may have been the victim of fraud or a phishing scam
  • Review your recent transactions and report any unfamiliar or unauthorized charges
  • Consider requesting a replacement card or account number, if recommended by your bank or card issuer

If you shared account credentials:

  • Change your FIGS account password immediately
  • Update the password for any other account where you use the same or a similar password
  • Enable multi-factor authentication on your accounts whenever available
  • Review your FIGS account and other affected accounts for any unauthorized activity

If you shared other personal information:

  • Be cautious of additional suspicious emails, texts, calls, or social media messages
  • Monitor your accounts for unusual activity
  • Report the suspicious message or website to [email protected]

The sooner you act, the better chance you have of protecting your information and limiting potential harm.
