How do I know if a message is really from FIGS?Updated a month ago

Official FIGS communications will generally:

  • Come from an email address ending in @wearfigs.com
  • Direct you only to the official FIGS website: www.wearfigs.com
  • Never ask you to share your password by email, text message, phone, or social media
  • Never request sensitive payment information through unsolicited communications
  • Never pressure you to act immediately, make a payment, or provide personal information outside of official FIGS channels
