How can I keep my account information safe?Updated a month ago

To help protect your FIGS account and personal information:

  • Shop only through the official FIGS website: www.wearfigs.com
  • Check that emails claiming to be from FIGS come from an address ending in @wearfigs.com
  • Use a strong, unique password for your FIGS account and avoid reusing passwords across multiple sites
  • Do not click suspicious links or download unexpected attachments
  • Never share your password, verification codes, payment information or other sensitive personal information through email, text, phone, or social media
  • Report any suspicious messages, websites, or account activity immediately to [email protected]
