- Enter your order number and either your tracking number or email to verify.
- Verify your contact information and country.
- Select items for return and the reason.
- Select where your return will be dropped off or collected.
- Agree to the terms, and you will be emailed your label or QR code!
- Once your return has been delivered to our FIGS Returns Hub, you'll receive an email confirming your refund.
